Vytautas the Great University (VDU) is a state non-profit educational institution. VDU is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. VDU cooperates with the European University Association (EUA). The university was founded in 1992 and has 7,300 students.
Founded in 1975, the University of Bayreuth is ranked 45th out of the world's top 475 universities younger than 50 in the 'Times Higher Education (THE) Young University Ranking'. Interdisciplinary research and teaching is the main feature of its more than 170 degree programmes offered at seven faculties in the natural sciences, food sciences, engineering, law and economics, as well as language, literature and cultural studies. The University of Versailles-Saint-Canton-en-Yvelines, a public university that is part of the federal University of Paris-Saclay, was established in 1991. The university offers 200 academic programs and has 20,000 students. 39 laboratories and research institutes operate on the basis of the university.
The Wroclaw Technical University was established in 1945, thanks to the efforts of the teachers of the now defunct Lviv Technical University and the Jan Kazimierz University in Lviv, who adapted the destroyed buildings of the German Higher Technical School (Technische Hochschule) to the needs of the university. Currently, 23,800 students study here and about 60 study programs are offered.

Public Organization "Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine" (hereinafter - the Union of Rectors of Ukraine) was created on April 9, 1993 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 2, 1993).
The Mission is to satisfy and protect the rights and interests of the members of the organization, to promote the improvement of the quality of training of specialists with higher education, to ensure the autonomy of higher education institutions, to coordinate higher education institutions of Ukraine in educational, scientific, innovative, economic, legal, humanitarian and other spheres of activity, as well as increasing the role of higher education institutions in the social life of the country.
